Background:
Graduated with an LLB from Newcastle Upon Tyne University and qualified as a barrister in 1992, and as a solicitor in 1997. Joined Cartmell Shepherd in 1998 from London law firm of Richards Butler, and became as associate with Cartmell Shepherd in 2002.

As well as advising on civil disputes, he also handles cases involving personal bankruptcy.
