Carol fully understands how a serious accident can turn someone’s life upside down. Her role is to take away the stress of the claims procedure and to guide and advise throughout the sometimes complicated and distressing process in a sympathetic and supportive way. When required she is a tough negotiator and is fully committed to achieving the best outcome possible for her clients.
Carol is a qualified solicitor with years of experience unlike many claims management company handlers. She ensures that appropriate experts are instructed on each case and unlike other firms there are no middle men in the process and no referral fees paid or call centre staff handling your case.
You can be assured that you will deal direct with a qualified highly skilled solicitor so you receive the best possible legal advice, help with rehabilitation and the highest levels of compensation. Where appropriate “no win-no fee” funding is available.
After graduating with an LLB (Hons) from UCW Aberystwyth, Carol joined the Cardiff offices of nationally-operating practice Eversheds. She joined Cartmell Shepherd in 1992 and became a Partner in 1999.
Carol is an accredited Senior Litigator Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She is also a member of the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers, Headway (a charity for people with brain injuries and their carers) and the Spinal Injuries Association.
