Rebecca Armstrong
Position: Senior Associate SolicitorOffices: Viaduct House, Carlisle
Rebecca is a Senior Associate Solicitor within our Dispute Resolution department working in our Viaduct House Office. Rebecca deals with all aspects of Civil Litigation and is a registered Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist handing probate disputes involving the validity of Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Disputes. Her expertise also includes Property Litigation.
About Rebecca
Rebeca graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BA (Hons) in Geography before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University. She joined Cartmell Shepherd in 2014 as a Paralegal before undertaking her training contract in 2015.
Rebecca qualified into the Dispute Resolution department in March 2017 and became an Associate in April 2021.
Rebecca is a Full Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors (CTAPS) and Dementia Friends trained.
