GDPR and your business; viewing it as a benefit, not a hindrance.

Watch our short video.

Top Business Tips for GDPR.

From Friday 25 May 2018 organisations, who control and process personal data must comply with new EU legislation known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR. The rules contained within the GDPR replace those within the Data Protection Act 1998 offering enhanced rights and security to individuals and placing obligations on those who control and process that data to do so lawfully and securely.

Preparing for GDPR might feel like you’re trying to navigate a maze blindfolded!  Don’t despair however.  This short video will explain why your preparations for the biggest change in data protection legislation in a decade can act to benefit you and your business, not hinder you.

If we can help in your GDPR preparations leading up to and after the 25 May, please don’t hesitate to contact Joanne Stronach or Claire Davies at our Viaduct House office in Carlisle city centre on 01228 516666.
