Diana deals with all aspects of law and the elderly client involving wills, trusts probate, Court of Protection applications, lasting and enduring powers of attorney, lifetime gifts and inheritance tax planning. She also specialises in contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims.
Diana is experienced with many aspects of conveyancing including housing estates, residential sales and purchases, acquisition of investment property, licensed premises, option and pre-emption agreements and land transactions involving covenants and easements.
Diana gained a first class honours degree from Oxford and served articles with Dickinson Dees in Newcastle before joining Cartmell Shepherd in 1985, becoming a Partner a few years later.
Diana is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
