Based in our Brampton office Kendra is part of the firm’s Private Client department specialising in providing advice in relation to Wills, Court of Protection applications, powers of attorney and the administration of trusts and estates.
Born and brought up in Cumbria, Kendra graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Leicester before obtaining a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Manchester.
Kendra qualified as a solicitor in September 2013 and joined Cartmell Shepherd in January 2014. Kendra was made an Associate at Cartmell Shepherd in 2017.
Kendra is a full member of STEP (The Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners). She has completed the STEP Diploma for Trusts and Estates, passed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation with a Distinction and has a Worldwide Excellence Award after getting the highest mark in the country for the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation exam in November 2018.
Kendra is Dementia Friends trained and is a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys fell walking in the Lake District.
