Matthew Rogers

Matthew is a solicitor in our Wills, Probate and Inheritance team at our office at Rosehill, Carlisle.

Matthew deals with all aspects of private client work, including Wills, succession planning, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and advice in connection with trusts, estates and property matters.

Matthew has a particular interest in agricultural estates and advising farmers and rural business owners on private client matters.

Matthew also has experience dealing with contentious Wills and estates where a dispute has arisen, as well as Wills and estates which involve assets located overseas.

About Matthew

Matthew joined Cartmell Shepherd in September 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2015. Matthew is a member of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and received a Worldwide Excellence Award from STEP in December 2017.
