Coronavirus update Nov 2020 – please read

November 3rd 2020

Following the Prime Minister’s latest announcement – our office doors are closed to the public.

However, we very much remain open for business with our teams working remotely and within our office premises, committed to providing you with the best possible service.  The health and wellbeing of our team, our clients and our visitors is our number one priority.

Heeding the current Government advice we have in place the following measures:

  • Essential Client & visitor meetings – will only take place if absolutely essential and cannot be done remotely.  All meetings are by appointment only.  Please contact us using the details below to arrange a meeting.
  • Hand washing – we have hand washing and hand sanitising facilities available in all of our offices.  Please use these facilities on arrival.
  • Face coverings – you must wear a face covering, unless medically exempt, when attending our premises and follow our signage and the instructions from our staff before entering and when inside our offices.
  • Social distancing – we are operating a 2 metre social distancing measure in all of our office locations.  In addition, our meeting rooms are fitted with clear, protective screening for your safety and that of our staff.
  • Track and trace – Please scan the QR code when entering our premises.  If you do not have a smartphone, don’t worry our receptionist can take your contact details.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at your local branch office, details of which can be found via our Contact Us page.
