Bethan Griffiths

Working from our Penrith office, Bethan is an associate solicitor who deals with all aspect of commercial property, including property development acquisition and site set up, commercial sales, purchases and leases, agricultural sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies including Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and advising on manorial and common rights.
About Bethan
Born and brought up in Penrith, Bethan graduated with LLB (Hons) from Newcastle University. She joined Cartmell Shepherd as a trainee solicitor in 2012, qualifying as a solicitor two years later and joining our Commercial Property department.
Outside of work, Bethan enjoys making the most of living on the edge of the Lake District with her family and chocolate Labrador.
