Abby has worked with Cartmell Shepherd for over 13 years.

Abby joined the company in 2005 and prior to working in the Residential Conveyancing department she worked as an office junior and then a legal secretary.  Abby has worked in various offices including Viaduct House, Rosehill and Brampton.  Moving to the Penrith office to assist in the property department led to her training to become a Conveyancer through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) which is ongoing.

As a property Conveyancer Abby has handled many transactions including sales and purchases of residential properties of both registered and unregistered property, sales and purchases of new builds and remortages.

Property transactions can be complex and Abby aims to guide you through the whole process as smoothly as possible, updating you regularly and keeping the transaction as stress free as possible.

Abby has two children and enjoys cycling and countryside walks with her family.
