Lindsay joined the senior leadership and management team at Cartmell Shepherd team in 2023, with responsibility for HR, staff training, and facilities management. Bringing over a decade of law firm management experience, Lindsay has worked at management level since 2012 and offers a practical, hands-on understanding of law firm operations.
Having started her career in law straight out of education, Lindsay has gained experience in virtually every role within a law firm. This breadth of knowledge provides a unique perspective on the day-to-day challenges and opportunities across legal practice and business support functions, enabling her to support colleagues effectively and contribute to the smooth running of the firm.
