Personal Injury: Is there a time limit for pursuing my claim?

There is generally a time limit of 3 years from the date of the accident within which court proceedings must be issued. If you fail to do so your claim is statute barred. The situation is different if the injury happened to a child under 18 years or to someone incapable of managing their own affairs.  We will provide specific advice should this be the case.
