Michelle Hayes

Position: Solicitor
Offices: Rosehill, Carlisle
Areas: Personal Law, Wills, Probate and Inheritance

Michelle is a solicitor in our Rosehill office and is part of our Wills, Probate & Inheritance team.

Michelle completed her law degree at Lancaster University and then worked in Defendant costs litigation in Manchester for six years. After this Michelle retrained as a Private Client practitioner and qualified as a solicitor in January 2020.

Michelle is an Affiliate Member of STEP (The Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners).

Outside of work Michelle is a member of the Scouts Association where she is involved in events and fundraising.

Michelle also enjoys spending time in the Lake District with her partner where they like to hike, scramble and climb. In 2018 Michelle lead a team of first time climbers up Scafell Pike to raise money for Mind, Mental Health Charity.
