Stephanie deals with all types of civil disputes, in particular commercial tenancy matters (including business lease renewals) and disputes involving property and land (including boundary and right of way/easement disputes)together with general contractual disputes (including construction claims), negligence claims, partnership disputes and agricultural litigation.

Elizabeth advises on a wide variety of residential and commercial leases including assignments and surrenders as well as the sales and purchases of property-based small businesses and residential estate development.

Rebecca is a solicitor in our dispute resolution department based in our office in Carlisle city centre.
