Team continue to go extra mile for their clients during Covid-19 lockdown

At Cartmell Shepherd we value and encourage client feedback and we regularly review the feedback we receive.  As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide we send our clients a feedback questionnaire at the end of every matter or case.

The most recent feedback shows that our teams, even through these tough and unprecedented times of the pandemic, have continued to go that extra mile for their clients.

Today we focus on our Wills, Probate and Inheritance team who have been working hard to deal with the upsurge in people making wills during Covid-19.  Clients wanted to make sure their wishes were down on paper for their family and friends.

Despite our staff adapting to working from home at the beginning of the pandemic the team have continued to provide a full service to meet clients’ needs and have been working within Government guidelines, witnessing wills and docs etc
