Getting the right person for the right job – how to attract talent!

August 9th 2018

Recent surveys indicate that recruiting and attracting talented staff is one of the biggest concerns facing SMEs in Cumbria and further afield.

Together working with the Family Business Network we are delighted to announce that we have brought together a number of exciting speakers to give their views and share their experiences on how to get the right person for the right job.

We are pleased to confirm that the following speakers will be attending:

Phil Wild, CEO and David Nicholson, Group HR Director both of James Cropper plc

Mark Bowman, Chief Executive of Inspira

Julia Cater, Owner of People Decisions

Zoe Pluckrose-Norman,  People Director and Stephen McCullough, Marketing & Business Development Director both of Armstrong Watson

You will hear from each of these fantastic speakers and there will then be a chance for you to put your questions to them in a Q & A session hosted by Sue Howorth of Family Business Network.

The event will run from 9:30am until 1.30pm and includes refreshments and a light buffet lunch.  Registration is from 9am.

Tickets are open to all, not just Family Businesses Network members.
